We respect the environment
Our Hotel & Apart pays attention to reducing waste and limiting energy and water consumption. We offer hospitality, comfort and quality, but we also try to respect a sustainable lifestyle by recourse to ecological furnishings as the parquet, by using recycled products as the toilet paper and personal care product that do not contain substances harmful to environment. We promote the local cuisine, we propose to visiting the cultural goods of Milan and we encourage people to use bicycles and public transports.
Cleaning
Our Eco-Friendly Hotel relies on DeterPoint in order to clean rooms, apartments and common areas using certified products according to European Regulations Standards. Deterpoint retains a competitive position on the market and it makes use of qualificated partners with the aim of improving the quality of the serviced provided.
Sleep Patterns
Studio Inn Centrale chose Elite in order to guaranteeing hypoallergenic cushions, mattresses and bottom sheets to our guests. Elite offer its customers the security of the European Ecolabel certification: all of Elite’s products have been recognized and certified by the specialized TÜV LGA Institute in Germany, in order to pursue the maximum comfort and hygiene. Ecolabel is the only official European ecological label available in all the countries of the European Union.
Laundry
Our Hotel chose to work with Orio Team, the industrial laundry which provides exclusively “microbiologically tested” linen, according to the European regulation UNI EN 14065. Our linen is certified with ISO 9001 for Quality Management Standards and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management – which are essential steps of the development plan designed by the European Commission, the “Europe 2020“. We hope to create value for our guests and the environment.
